Michelle Hung is from Tustin, California and currently an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Political Science and minoring in German and Religious Studies. Throughout her academic career, she became interested in foreign policy issues pertaining to nuclear proliferation, Middle East strategy and the intersection between religion and politics. On campus, Michelle is a peer advisor and chair of the Amnesty International chapter at Penn. She is also a reporter for the Daily Pennsylvanian, the student run newspaper on campus, and moderator for Unmasked at Penn, an anonymous discussion based app promoting mental health awareness. For fun, she enjoys reading, finding new restaurants with friends and traveling.
