Senior HR Manager
Briana is an Honors student at the University of South Carolina, majoring in HR Management with minors in African American Studies and Counseling Education. She brings experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and HR operations. Her professional journey has shaped a people-centered mindset focused on building meaningful connections, advancing equity, and driving organizational impact. As the Senior HR Manager at ACE, Briana mentors and leads HR Interns while supporting the organization’s growth through innovative people practices and the development of impactful experiences for candidates, interns, and fellows.
Committed to service and leadership, Briana volunteers with organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Cocky’s Reading Express, and Learn to Be, where she earned the 2024 Bronze President’s Volunteer Service Award from Learn to Be and AmeriCorps. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and an active member of the Iota Mu chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity. Outside of academics and service, Briana enjoys yoga, singing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to deepen her expertise in workplace development and employee well-being.
