Kailey is a sophomore at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she is currently pursuing a double major in Political Science and Biology. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she is highly interested in political theory and how it can be applied to the modern American political system. Her interest in legislation and democratic governance stems from her prior experience with Congressional debate. She is also interested in public health and serves on the board of directors for Asian Pacific Health Corps at UCLA, where she works to improve health disparities among disadvantaged API populations.
