Chelsea is an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley. Through partaking in community- and service-based efforts and immersing herself in professional development programs (e.g. Democracy Camp at Berkeley), she has come to understand the importance of community engagement and empowerment. In addition to conducting research in various departments at her university (including the Haas School of Business & at the Berkeley School of Education), Chelsea has continued to tutor young students in STEM fields throughout her high school and undergraduate years. She is excited to delve into policy research at ACE and hone her research and critical thinking abilities.Â
