Amir is a 3rd year Political Science and Philosophy Double Major at UC Davis. His studies carry an emphasis in political theory and wants to pursue a PhD/JD in the future. He’s written academically for a wide range of topics such as immigration, metaphysics, political interdependence, and political philosophy. After experiencing the systemic inequality and political instability in recent years he seeks to create a positive impact in the political landscape. He has experience in the judicial field working as a judicial intern at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He likes to read and also writes in his spare time to address contemporary philosophical and political problems but also to explain concepts from thinkers centuries ago for modern readers such as Machiavelli’s principles to being a prince and Plato’s theory of the soul.
