Aniya “Salem” Neal is an emerging human resource professional with a solid foundation in people centered work and organizational development. When she was younger, she gained an interest in Human Resources through her mother’s career in the field. After graduating high school in 2023, she earned her Certificate in Human Resource Management from Greenville Technical College in December 2025, and soon after developed her skills in recruitment support, employee engagement, and workplace communication. Throughout her academic journey, Salem showed a commitment to continuous learning and a genuine interest in fostering positive, inclusive environments.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Salem enjoys attending cultural events, exploring local hiking trails, and creating sweet treats in the kitchen. These interests reflect her creativity, and appreciation for diverse and inclusive experiences, these qualities and many more she brings into her work with others. She is excited to continue building her career in human resources and contributing meaningfully to the teams and communities she’s in.
