Maddie Hussey, Lehigh University

Madeline Hussey is a sophomore at Lehigh University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing. Her academic and professional interests are centered around how human behavior can impact and contribute to an organization’s success. She is interested in utilizing her background in Psychology to help organizations improve their workplace culture and overall employee experience. Madeline is especially interested in how Human Resources can effectively support their employees and lead to a more productive and professional environment. On campus, she serves as the treasurer for multiple organizations, is a student athlete mentor, and was recently inducted into the Psi Chi honor society. She is also a member of the Division I Track and Field Team at Lehigh. Outside of her campus involvements, Madeline enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends. She is from Lincroft, New Jersey, and when home, loves to go to the beach, read, and go on walks.
