Kenadee Allen is a junior Honors student at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, double majoring in Human Resource Management and Accounting. She is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued and supported. Through leadership and mentoring experiences, she has developed strong skills in empathy, communication, and collaboration, and she aspires to pursue a career in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting and talent development.
On campus, Kenadee is actively involved in the Black Honors Caucus, Black Business Student Association, Rising Scholars, MOST, and YoungLife. These organizations have allowed her to grow as a leader, build meaningful connections, and give back through service and mentorship. As she continues her college journey, she looks forward to deepening her involvement on campus, pursuing an accelerated Master’s in Human Resources, and gaining hands-on experiences that connect the human and financial sides of business.
