Arti Yadav is currently pursuing an MBA at Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, with a focus on expanding her expertise in strategy, operations, and project management. Born and raised in India, she comes from an army family and spent much of her childhood relocating across the country, gaining exposure to diverse cultures, communities, and perspectives.
Arti holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and Education and an MBA in Human Resources. She began her career in human resources and talent management and has built over a decade of experience working with global organizations, including Accenture, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and McKinsey & Company. Her professional background spans recruiting, workforce planning, resource management, and organizational operations. During her time with BCG, she also had the opportunity to relocate to London, further broadening her global perspective and cross-cultural experience.
Through her MBA, Arti is building on her foundation in people strategy and operations to pursue leadership opportunities in strategic project and program management. She is passionate about solving complex business challenges, optimizing team performance, and driving organizational impact.
Outside of work and school, Arti enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, learning languages, and spending time with her family. She speaks English and Hindi and is currently learning German.
