Phoebe is an aspiring human rights lawyer studying Political Science and Peace & Justice at Wellesley College, where she is both a Clinton Scholar and an Albright Fellow. She has previously helped teach ESOL and fast-track employment programs to immigrants and refugees, along with working on a health team for the IRC and a marketing and fundraising team. She just returned from a year abroad in Geneva and Copenhagen studying international refugee law and politics, visiting a refugee camp in Lesvos, Greece, as part of her immersive experience. She is writing and editing for ACE alongside an internship with Polaris, combatting human trafficking nationwide, and she is also participating in the Young Leaders Democracy Institute fellowship program. While she is generally always doing something related to these many pursuits, she also enjoys movie nights with friends, crocheting, exploring Boston’s many coffee shops, and hanging out with her family and pets in her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia.
