Jaden Macomber is an undergraduate student at UCLA, where he is earning his B.A. in political science alongside a minor in history. Committed to exploring domestic and international politics, Jaden leverages a strong foundation in geopolitical analysis to approach complex contemporary affairs with pragmatism, rationality, and a steadfast dedication to uncovering the truth.
During his first year at UCLA, Jaden conducted research on disarmament treaties and alliance burden-sharing signaling. He currently serves as an alumni intern for the TOMODACHI Initiative, a public-private partnership between the U.S.-Japan Council and the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. In this role, he drives media outreach and alumni engagement, focusing on expanding the TOMODACHI generation by retaining alumni and connecting them with professional development opportunities. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Jaden writes analysis pieces on Medium, reads fantasy and sci-fi literature, and plays table tennis.
