Thomas Mortimer is a junior at Loyola University Maryland studying Political Science, with minors in History and Philosophy. His primary research interest is state formation and political elites in post-colonial Sub-Saharan Africa. During his free time, he enjoys visiting United States national parks. Thomas is originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts.
