Born and raised in Los Angeles, Simon chose to remain in Southern California by attending Claremont McKenna College, where he is a senior studying History and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Passionate about economic history, Simon has spent time researching the intersection between development, immigration, and diplomacy. An ardent believer in fiscal transparency, Simon is excited to join ACE’s Economic Policy team. On campus, he is the Co-Director of the Free Food for Thought podcast and has completed a fellowship with the Mgrublian Center for Human Rights. During his free time, Simon can be found playing ultimate frisbee, composing jazz, or barbecuing.
