Veronica Pelletier, or Ronni, was born and raised in Maine and left to attend Clark University, where she studied a BA in Environmental Science with a concentration in Earth Systems Science. Ronni continued her education at Clark, and enrolled as a graduate student in Clark’s Accelerated Degree Program to study an MS in Environmental Science and Policy, where she will graduate in June of 2021.
As an undergraduate, Ronni focused on research in the marine sciences, but also studied other areas including GIS and environmental science. This interdisciplinary background informs her current interests in environmental policy.
Ronni joined ACE to research how the U.S. is addressing climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies and policies; specifically focusing on the Biden administration’s emphasis on infrastructure in the American Jobs Plan.
Outside of academics, Ronni likes hanging out with her dog, spending time outdoors, and watching Netflix.
