Noor EL-Hawwat is a sophomore at Rutgers University-Newark pursuing a degree in Computer Science. While new to research, she has honed her skills in writing through the many essays she wrote under rigorous time constraints at her institution. Noor’s passions for technology are driven by her aspiration to make her mark on the issue of women misrepresentation in STEM through her showcase of resilience and involvement in her field. She additionally has an attachment to graphic design that developed from her long term hobby of sketching and digital contributions she conducted in recent projects. Through ACE, Noor will have the on hand opportunity to advance on her professional career path and implement her creative and technical skills to grow closer to her goal of making a solid impact.
