Lameese Madi is a current Master’s Candidate at Middlebury Institute of international studies and is studying International Policy and Development focusing on Foreign Policy in North Africa with a specialization on Migration in Monterey, California. She has worked at a Think Tank and was an active journalist and studied in parts of North Africa. She later joined the Peace Corps and served in the Republic of Georgia. She speaks 6 languages in varying levels and loves to share parts of her Tamazight-Libyan heritage.
