Jennifer is a second-year student double majoring at Political Science and International Relations at Stony Brook University. Her concentrations are in transnational corporations and comparative politics while her regional focus is on the Americas. Jennifer has a history of helping her community from tutoring students in poorly performing middle schools on material for standardized examinations to organizing for immigrant rights advocacy groups.  While she has also worked on local political campaigns and for the Board of Elections in New York City, her largest passion lies in learning about the conflicts and development issues that force people to migrate to the United States. She hopes to continue this at ACE by providing insights to parts of the foreign policy realm that may cause Latin Americans to seek refuge elsewhere.
