Isabella Reed (she/her) is originally from Saratoga Springs, NY and is a junior at Vassar College pursuing a major in Economics and a correlate in Educational Studies. In the recent past, she has conducted research in a variety of areas and disciplines, including research on sustainable development and ecotourism in the Brazilian Amazon and climate migration policy in Southeast Asia, looking primarily in Indonesia. She is a member of the Vassar women’s rowing team and is a research assistant with the Vassar Department of Economics conducting research and writing a course on Environmental Economics. Outside of academics, she enjoys hiking, reading, going on walks, making friendship bracelets, and hanging out with her cats.
