In college, Kanwit’s areas of research interest have included democratic institutions, the legacies of colonialism, and international criminal law. Additionally, Kanwit is involved in Georgetown’s undergraduate law review, tutoring, and interning for TurnUp, a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to increasing voter turnout.
