Grace Bean is a Boston native and rising junior on the women’s lacrosse team at Colorado College. She is an International Political Economy major with a double minor in Journalism and Global Health. She is a staff writer for her college newspaper, The Catalyst, publishing work in their sports section. Interested in international law and foreign reporting, Grace intends to apply to law school after completing her undergraduate degree. She is passionate about philanthropy and serves a leadership position for Team Impact, an organization that matches children facing serious illness and disability with a college sports team. In addition, Grace was selected to work with A Shot For Life, an organization that supports stem cell research at Mass General Hospital. In 2019, Grace traveled to Israel on a service trip with the National Lacrosse Team, coaching and providing sports equipment to students. In her spare time, Grace is a Writing Center Tutor, avid skier, and is currently training for the Lisbon Marathon.
