Colin grew up in Fredericksburg, VA, and is currently entering his second year of his MPA program at Indiana University concentrating in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management. He joined ACE as a Research Associate because of the importance of giving voters accurate information that is easily accessible about policy issues and elections. He also hopes to further develop his research skills, leadership qualities, and environmental policy knowledge. He was originally interested in environmental policy from a young age as his grandfather who also worked in the environmental policy field had a large impact on his passions. Outside of school, he enjoys playing chess, working out, and hanging with his dog Monty.
