Caroline is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health focusing on Health Policy at Tulane University. She has a strong data analysis and policy research background, with experience in healthcare strategies and public health programs addressing food insecurity. Caroline is passionate about evidence-based policymaking and has a keen interest in shaping policies that address complex societal issues.
Coming from a military family, Caroline was inspired by their commitment to service and the importance of strategic policy in maintaining national and global security. She aims to contribute to international stability and security by analyzing policies that prevent the spread of nuclear weapons. Caroline hopes to bring a data-driven perspective to her work at ACE and support efforts in promoting global peace and security.
