Ava is a junior at Saint Louis University majoring in Sociology and minoring in both Geographical Information Systems and American Studies. Throughout her academic career, she has become interested in policy and research with a focus on health and inequality. She has gotten to explore these topics through GIS research and article writing for an on-campus magazine. After graduation she plans on attending graduate school to pursue a masters in Urban Planning and/or Public Policy. In her free time, Ava enjoys baking, cooking, and buying too many plants.
