Andrew Durrer is a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago where he majored in economics and was part of their US/Europe double degree program. He spent three semesters abroad between Rome, Italy and Seville, Spain which helped develop his international mindset. While in school he has written on a variety of economic topics about countries all over the world. Last summer he had the opportunity to work with a firm in Guinea Bissau where he created surveys that were conducted across the entire country. He will be starting graduate school in the fall at George Washington University where he will be pursuing a Masters in Applied Economics. In his free time he enjoys hiking/backpacking, fishing, and canoeing.
