Leader of Human Rights & Equality
Canyon Frost recently graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in philosophy. Their work focuses primarily on feminist ethics and epistemology, classical liberalism and its critics, the history of philosophy, and the philosophy of language. They hopes to bring these considerations to bear in more applied discussions of policy issues at ACE. In their free time, Canyon watches old horror movies, bakes bread, and naps.
Canyon Frost joined ACE after some impassioned discussions with Siena Frost convinced them of the importance of institutional political engagement. In particular they are concerned about the possibility of political discourse without a shared vision of government. Their interest in human rights and equality stems from the idea that human rights are at the core of all other political concerns.
As the Human Rights & Equality Research Associate, Canyon leads the research team focused on related issues.
