Hi, my name is Yerin Jun, and I’m currently a MA student at George Washington University, focusing on International Security and East Asian Politics. I was born and raised in South Korea before entering college at the University of Georgia. My experience as a research assistant for the project creating psychological profiles of global leaders who were engaged with nuclear weapons drove me to dive into the International Security issues. My particular research interest is in East Asian countries’ relationships and their armed conflicts issues. In my free time, I enjoy finding new cafes with friends and traveling.
