Eileen is a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a Master of Science in Social Policy and Data Analytics, with an expected graduation date of December 2026, focusing on the economics of social policy and policy analysis. She holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from New York University, where she named to the Dean's List, and received the NYU Founders' Day Award. Eileen's work integrates econometric methods, applied data analysis, and programming skills. She has completed a regression study finding a negative relationship between federal funding reliance and student achievement across states, a difference-in-differences analysis showing that remote work raised labor supply among mothers without narrowing the gender wage gap, and a policy paper on how multinational profit shifting affects tax revenue and government fiscal capacity, evaluating responses such as the OECD global minimum tax. As a Global Operation Excellence Intern at Yanfeng International, she developed an AI agent that connected to the Power BI supply chain reporting system, automating the analysis of daily production schedules. Previously, she served as a summer analyst in the R&D department of Fuanda Fund Management, evaluating companies using multi-metric KPI models. She is proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Stata. This fall, Eileen will join the Civic Engagement Alliance as an Economic Policy Fellow. Her research interests center on public finance and tax policy, labor markets, and education policy. Outside of her studies and work, Eileen enjoys cooking, watching horror movies, and playing video games.
