Tobias is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Advertising. Throughout his academic career, he developed a strong interest in public economics, data analysis, and the ways that economic policy can improve the quality of life for underserved communities. In the future, Tobias hopes to continue learning more about how effective policy solutions can help address and fix economic disparity and improve outcomes.
Professionally, Tobias has experience in client relations analytics, data organization, food systems research, and community engagement. He has held leadership positions within student organizations focused on academic success and professional development. This summer, he plans to intern in a congressional office alongside the Alliance for Civic Engagement, where he looks forward to gaining firsthand experience in constituent services, policy research, and the legislative process.
Outside of his academic and professional interests, Tobias enjoys gaming, spending time with friends, and learning to play the guitar.
