Sarah Shelton grew up in Denver, Colorado and is now a Sophomore at Colgate University. She is currently studying Educational Studies and Psychological Sciences, with the aspiration of advocating for people with disabilities once she graduates. Sarah has worked with people with disabilities all of her life and is excited to be making a Disability Advocacy club on her campus. She became interested in public policy after learning about educational policies that lead to the oppression and marginalization of people with disabilities. Sarah is excited to further research and educate others on public policy surrounding disability.
